DVD replacement
In the case of you receive a damaged or unproperly working DVD, contact us immediately and we will replace it for free for the same title and we will ship it free* to the same address.
Shipping fees
U.S. Shipping - Video-Fuel products are shipped free of charge in the 48 lower states.
International Shipping - Shipping fees varies depending of the size and weight of the package, but generally ranges between $5.00 and $15.00.
